The president announced on 9 April 2020 that the lockdown would be extended until end of April 2020.
Good news is on 8 April 2020 the Department of Employment and Labour issued a further regulation addressing the concerns around whether TERS can only be applied for on “total” and not “ partial” closure confirming now that the TERS Covid-19 covers both a partial and a total closure of business operations.
