We have extensive experience representing unions and employees in the public sector in policing and correctional services. The firm represented POPCRU in the Public Service strikes of 2007 and 2010 and recently won the right to strike for PSA employees of SAPS in the Constitutional Court. The firm negotiated the reinstatement of over 700 employees dismissed by the Department of Correctional Services in 2007.

The firm has represented Saccawu in national strikes with Woolworths and Pick n’ Pay.

The firm also represented unions in the national security guards strikes and the cleaners strikes.
